Sitting on Bennelong Lawn in the Royal Botanic Gardens with breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bride was a custom glass marquee playing host to an evening of love, laughter and celebrations.
Our Mission
Teaming up with MG Events, we wanted to ensure we could capture the vision of the newlyweds and create an elegant, sophisticated and contemporary wedding that would be an unforgettable experience for all.
Our Challenge
With a heritage listed tree, a small patch of grass and strict guidelines from the Royal Botanic Gardens, we had to ensure that we could fit 200 guests as well as a list of other essentials for this romantic celebration — luxury bathrooms, a green room, a kitchen, generators and enough air conditioning to keep the structure cool for the evening.
Crafting An Experience
With spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, guests approached Bennelong Lawn were met with an intricate custom glass marquee that played host to an evening filled with love, laughter and celebration. From its black frame to its cathedral like roof, the Atrium played the perfect structure for hosting this 200 PAX wedding.
Peek Inside
On the inside, guests entered into an intimate and opulent setting, full floral installations draping from the arches of the ceiling and flowing white floral arrangements with gold accents adorned the tables. Each guest sat down to a contemporary and elegant table setting crafted together with, custom crisp linens, brushed gold cutlery, gold rimmed hand poured candles and personalized white place cards with delicate gold calligraphy sitting on top of gold detailed crockery, creating the ultimate dining experience for guests.
